Statement
Significant architectural, technology, and process decisions shall be documented as Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and tracked in the project decisions log.
Rationale
The project already uses decisions.md logs across initiatives. Formalizing ADRs as a normative requirement ensures major decisions are consistently captured in a discoverable, standardized format and linked to the work they govern.
